EL House
Located in BSD, EL House rises as a three-storey residence composed of interconnected volumes that mediate openness and privacy. Wooden screens line the front facade, filtering light and views while softening the building’s solid mass.
The ground floor is dedicated to service areas, allowing the main living functions to unfold above. A foyer sits between levels, creating a spatial pause before arriving at the second-floor living and dining areas. This break in elevation forms a subtle transition from public to private, while a bridge across the void strengthens the sense of continuity within the house.

The dining area gently steps down into a more intimate living room, where connections to balconies and vertical voids maintain visual openness. Large openings frame the surrounding greenery, while the backyard terrace and garden extend daily activities outdoors. Oriented toward the rear facade, the outdoor space offers a quieter outlook for gatherings and barbecues.

On the third floor, bedrooms are arranged as a private retreat above the communal levels. Warm timber finishes and controlled openings create a calm, grounded atmosphere throughout the interiors.
